Person-led planning
Support begins with the person’s choices, priorities and preferred way of doing things.
Greater Sydney disability support
Pixel Care Group works with NDIS participants across Greater Sydney to make daily routines, community connections and travel feel more achievable and dependable.
New enquiries are usually answered within one business day.

How support works
Every participant brings different strengths, routines, relationships and goals. Our first step is a clear conversation about what good support looks like for the person. We ask about communication preferences, important people, cultural needs, existing routines and the outcomes the participant wants to work towards.
Sydney supports can include help with daily activities, home routines, community participation and transport. That may mean preparing for the day, cooking a preferred meal, travelling to an appointment, attending a social activity or building confidence with a familiar community routine.
Our Sydney office is located at Wiley Park and our team works across Greater Sydney, subject to worker availability and service fit. Where registered-provider delivery is required, Pixel Care Group coordinates support through an approved registered-provider arrangement and provides the participant with clear information before services begin.
What we can discuss
Every arrangement is confirmed with the participant and depends on goals, service fit, availability and the agreed funding pathway.
Our approach
Support begins with the person’s choices, priorities and preferred way of doing things.
Culture, identity, relationships, privacy and communication are treated with care.
Service roles, funding pathways, schedules and rates are agreed before support starts.
The plan can be updated when goals, routines or support needs change.
Service regions
Availability changes as teams and schedules develop. Contact us even if your suburb is not listed.
