How support works
Good disability support should make everyday life feel more manageable without taking over. We begin by listening to the participant, their family or nominee and the people already involved in their support. Together, we clarify preferences, routines, communication needs, cultural considerations and the outcomes that matter most.
Our Melbourne team can assist with daily living, Supported Independent Living-related routines, community participation and transport. Support may include preparing meals, maintaining a home routine, attending appointments, building confidence in the community or travelling to activities that support a participant’s goals.
Pixel Care Group is based in Point Cook and works across western Melbourne, subject to worker availability and service fit. Where registered-provider delivery is required, services are coordinated through an approved registered-provider arrangement. The responsible provider, roles and funding pathway are explained before services begin and documented in the service agreement.
What we can discuss
Every arrangement is confirmed with the participant and depends on goals, service fit, availability and the agreed funding pathway.
