Start with interests
Activities are chosen because they matter to the participant, not because they fit a preset list.
Community participation
Community participation support helps NDIS participants pursue interests, strengthen relationships and take part in activities that feel meaningful to them.
New enquiries are usually answered within one business day.

How support works
Community participation is not a single activity or a standard program. It can mean visiting a local group, attending an event, joining a class, spending time with friends, volunteering, practising a new route or becoming more comfortable in a familiar public place.
Pixel Care Group plans support around the participant’s interests, communication preferences, sensory needs, mobility, safety considerations and goals. The pace can be gradual. A participant may want practical assistance, encouragement, help communicating, travel support or simply a reliable person alongside them.
We discuss what the participant wants from the activity and how support should be provided. With consent, we can coordinate with family, nominees, support coordinators or other chosen professionals. Registered-provider delivery, when required, is arranged through an approved provider relationship that is disclosed before support begins.
What we can discuss
Every arrangement is confirmed with the participant and depends on goals, service fit, availability and the agreed funding pathway.
Our approach

Communication, sensory, mobility and safety needs are considered before the activity.
Support can change over time as places and routines become more familiar.
The participant can change their mind, adjust the plan or choose a different activity.
Service regions
Availability changes as teams and schedules develop. Contact us even if your suburb is not listed.
